Morwellham Quay Cruises
Take your friends and family on an unforgettable cruise far up the reaches of the Tamar Valley to the victorian copper mine at Morwellham Quay. Enjoy a 2 hour cruise up to the port, far up the reaches of the River Tamar. A quick stop at the lovely Cornish village of Calstock and then onward amidst ancient wooded hills and acres of quiet meadows. Once at Morwellham you will be greeted by friendly staff to guide you. Approximately 2 hours in the port will allow you enough time to enjoy the lovely tour around the quay and the exciting tram ride deep into the George and Charlotte Copper mine or if you prefer you can have a meal and a drink in the 16th century inn, the 'Ship', a lovely victorian tavern. The port is tide dependant, thus limiting our stay to approximately 2 hours. The cruise on board, up and back will last 6 hours, making a lovely day out for all to see both young and old.
